Does anyone know of any distance learning IT course providers who are registered with the CDL?

The career development loan is a government scheme which allows people wishing to train the chance to defer paying for their course until it ends. I need a distance learning course provider who is on the scheme and provides courses such as MCSE etc. So far I know Computeach and Livetrain aren't in the scheme.
