Which is the best university globally for distance learning?

Hello all. I plan to continue my education in Food Science Technology through distance learning programs.I want to do some diploma or certificate course,preferably the former . But I don't know if it is worth it and accredited. I would be pleased if I get the ratings of top best distance learning university globally.Please help , I want to start ASAP.
