Online Masters Degrees or Teaching Credentials?

Do you know of any online universities that offer a Masters Degree in Special Education or Early Childhood Education with or without teaching credentials? I realize the student teaching component would have to be completed in a classroom. I received all 4 of my previous degrees on campus. I am still deciding if I want or need to pursue a credential at this time. I am looking for my next endeavor to be online due to my disability. It meets my needs better. I have websites for University of Phoenix, National University, Mount St. Mary's and Grand Canyon University. It is hard to find course and program descriptions. I would like specific answers from knowlege or experience. Thanks!

  1. The schools you mentioned are all the online schools, which you should look into yet you need to see if they are accredited, and see the success rate of the student who actually got a job from them. My cousins school districts wont hire anyone with an online credential because it is looked at as paying for your degree.
  2. There must be a book on online degrees. Ask librarian / bookstore clerk /Amazon.
