what university is the least expensive but still accredited for the apa to get my master and ph.d in child psy

what university is the least expensive but still accredited for the apa to get my master and ph.d in child psychology?...preferably one in west virginia....south carolina would be my second choice...but any school in the south would be fine for an anwser also...if you know of any good online schools that i could get my child psychology degree i would appreciate it to.

  1. You don't need a cheap school to get a PhD because most if not all programs will fund you and pay you a salary.
