- OK, you won't like my answer but here goes: You can't spell. And you obviously don't have what it takes to do a Masters Degree in Education Leadership and Management if you are asking strangers on the internet how to fund it. Will you be asking on Y!A how to manage a school budget if you get the gig?
- I have no idea how the financial support works in England, but if it is like in America, there are many grants and such that you can apply for. I had thought the education in England is free, but maybe not for the higher degrees. I got my Master's Degree in English/Communications by working full time for an Oil Company and going to college at night. Wasn't fun, but I had no financial support. (I didn't know about the grants, etc until too late.) I then went on to do my internship to be a Marriage, Family, Child Counselor by working $6.00 an hour and scrapping by until I got licensed. I then saw I needed alcohol/drug training and went 2 years at night(2 hour drive each way to class) to get that training. Again, I had no financial support, but I wanted it badly enough to sacrifice time, effort and scrimping to get the education. You can do this, also. There are no free lunches, so I am assuming you aren't asking for handouts. An education is an investment in your own future, so you will have to make the deposits, and later earn the withdrawals in your life plan. Good luck.
- I must agree that you do not have the decision making it takes to get such a degree. If you were the type of personality that would be successful in leadership/management fields, you would have already thought out a method by which you could pay for your tuition. Furthermore, as previously noted, your spelling and your former degrees show that you are not the kind of person to be either a manager or leader of any kind of educational facility. My advice is to work up the ropes and end up being a serious, plain teacher for middle school or high school. If you really think you have what it takes, then go ahead....you may want to think about taking out a loan on a low interest rate if you believe you can pay it back before your dues over run you. However, once again, though I hate to be the bearer of bad news, as a nursery teacher/early years coordinator, you really need a lot more experience to even be considered as an Educational Leader or Manager.
