  1. When you say the best, do you mean best value, or best as in prestige? I work for a university and would be happy to give you several choices but I would also need to know in what state you claim residency. If you e-mail me, or give more information, I will be happy to assist you.
  2. There are several pages that might help you: http://homemadedegrees.blogspot.com/2007/08/which-top-business-schools-offer.html And this: http://www.google.com/custom?hl=en&client=pub-2977208566521185&cof=FORID%3A1%3BGL%3A1%3BLBGC%3A336699%3BLC%3A%230000ff%3BVLC%3A%23663399%3BGFNT%3A%230000ff%3BGIMP%3A%230000ff%3BDIV%3A%23336699%3B&domains=homemadedegrees.blogspot.com&ie=ISO-8859-1&oe=ISO-8859-1&q=hr+mba+%22distance+learning&btnG=Search&sitesearch= In general, you have to remember that the degree should be suitable for you, and not only come from an institution that might be prestigious.
  3. It would be very difficult to answer your questions without knowing more about you and your background. There are a lot of websites out there, but many of them are biased towards the sponsors of the sites or their opinions. With that, the one thing that is an absolute must is to make completely certain that the school you choose is properly accredited. No ifs, ands or buts, or any gonna be's. Nothing but accreditation should be acceptable. The place to make sure of that is here: http://www.ope.ed.gov/accreditation/Search.asp If the school is not on this list, doubt them! Good luck in your search, and if you are looking for a recommendation for a school, I am currently attending Northcentral University's DBA program and I strongly recommend NCU if you are looking for an on-line MBA in HR. I attended two B&M universities for my BA and my MBA, and I am finding NCU to be every bit as good and in some areas better than the terrestrial schools. http://www.ncu.edu/default.asp On the post by Dr. Alisha, I found at least one program from the link the poster provided that was NOT accredited in the US Government website, so be very careful should you use that website. I am not saying that a school cannot be good if it is not accredited, but many employers will not consider a non-accredited school as valid on your resume. I also find it unusual to see a 'Dr." that does not use proper english in her responses. Just an observation, perhaps she is unique that way!
