Distance Learning - In pharmacy technicain up to an Assocaites Degree are there any?

I already checked Cleveland Institute (CIE) but they don't offer an Associates in being a Pharmacy Technician. I already checked Penn College they DO offer it BUT only for 6 months .. I want it to last for 2 years. I want an online distance school that can train me to be a pharmacy technician not just for 6 months but up to an associates degree. Anyone know of any sites??

  1. I do not understand? Who says you need an Associates to be an RX tech? You do the classes, you pass you get a job. In many states you get a raise when you take the state exam. This is to be a state board certified pharmacy tech. Some employers pay for the test, some do not. Also raises usually occur when you can do billing and paperwork in the pharmacy. These skills can get you the title of Senior Tech. Some states the certification is mandatory, some its not. Indiana test is $125. This lasts 2 years, then you pay $25 every two years to recertify, which just means doing some continuing educations credits-projects.
