1. I would list the master's degrees under education and then under employment I would lis my employer and then describe what I did. People work out of field all the time these days- not a big deal... hope this helps.
2. Hi there, good question! If the job you are applying is more relevant to your education, then you might want to use a layout to highlight your education. However, if the job you are applying for more closely matches your current position, then you can focus more on your work background. You have to be sure to cater your resume appropriately to the position you are applying for. Don't randomly send out resumes since employers tend to keep those resumes to the side quickly.
