How do I know what the best distance learning school is that is accredited and offers valid degrees?

  3. While my employers frown on degrees from U Phoenix. In general, if you're considering an online/distance degree, you want to get one that has ties to a reputable brick and mortar school. And that depends on what field you're looking into. So, for example, Carnegie Mellon offers some online degrees, as does Rensselaer Polytechnic. Both are good schools.
