Well, BT does some "courses" in computer related things, and Manpower has some free "classes" you can take in job related stuff. You won't get a degree for that price without a scholarship or some other kind of financial assistance, but you can do a few on-line courses. Also, try learndirect for more options. They can give you a grant of up to 250 pounds. (very easy to fill in form)
