What are the Cambridge E-learning distance learning courses like?

Considering their zoology course (http://www.cambridge-elearning.com/) and wondering what it's like. If you've done them, what are your experiences? What do they teach, and how? Do you feel you have really learned something useful? What did you do when you finished? Was that what you wanted to do? I'm looking for an extensive answer giving both positive and negative points.
