Which university in USA gives distance learning courses for students outside USA ?

I want to study aerospace/computer/software engineering (Bachelor's Degree) via distance education from a university in USA. I need a university which allows international students who have just finished high school do distance learning and students can switch to campus study any time.

  1. university of phoenix has programs where you can take online courses. i am there now, and some people who are in the military, overseas (italy, iraq, england) have been in the same classes as me. i just checked their site, and they do have a link for international students. i'm not sure if they offer your courses of study, but they do have bachelors and masters programs available: http://www.uopxonline.com/ .
