a valid college for distance learning?

Dear Friends; I am 36 man that I am going to study some IT ( Information Technology ) courses and I am looking for a international collage. By the way, I am looking for a distance college because I want to learn via e-learning system. I will be very happy if everyone introduce to me an reputable international college in IT & ITC. Unless you specify where you are located, it will not be possible to give you a proper Answer : 'Valid' Colleges normally charge a Fee for their Courses - and unless you are located in a country, where you are able to pay them in the currency of their country, they will not be able to accommodate you !
