i need answers from people in the philippines regarding distance learning courses...?

I wanna go back to university but my work schedule is horrible. Is there a university that caters to distance learning programs in metro manila that gives this kind of education. The kind that will only require me to submit papers and then only come in for exams. I want to get an AB English degree...can you please give detailed answers with contact numbers of the respective school? Thanks
