What is the best Online University for a Masters Degree?

I recently received my BS Degree in Information Technology. I would like to hear about your experience while taking classes online for your Master's Degree in Information Systems or similar IT degree. I would also like to know how much it cost per class or credit hour. Basically, I am trying to receive a solid degree without having to break the bank. Thank you for your your time.
