Is an online Masters degree considered as valuable as a traditional Masters?

  2. some places yes, if the course load is similar to the same as if you attended. it is about the time and effort put into the degree rather than where.
  3. I disagree- It will take some time if ever, for an online degree to have the same value as full time or evening degrees. Recognized branded universities online programs will most likely be accepted faster but Phoenix and non branded schools are unknown or tested. You be the judge- Say Harvard produces 100 graduate students a year- Based on the Phoenix model, they could graduate an infinite number of students- If there is an unlimited supply of people with the Phoenix degree, could there be a value?
